THE COURSE

The 5K utilizes the grounds of Lake Country Lutheran, a walking path that leads to a subdivision and the subdivision roads. This course is very hilly and challenging with two big sets of hills late in the run. The roads are plowed so expect good winter running conditions. Running conditions are considered good but care should be taken for this winter run.  The road paved and plowed so running conditions are generally good for winter running.  It is normal winter running.

THe 10K course is a double loop and the  5K course is a single loop.
