The 5K is an out and back course along the Oak Leaf Trail. . The trail paved and plowed so running conditions are generally good for winter running. The first half mile is on a WIDE paved road and then it narrows down to a paved running trail. The trail is narrow since it is an out and back course and there are normally patches of slippery and snowy spots. It is normal winter running.
THe 10K course is a double loop and the 5K course is a single loop.
